What our loyal customers can do to help us practice Social Distancing.

When we all work together, we can achieve more.

What can you do to help us follow the guidelines from the CDC to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

1. Avoid face to face contact with our professionals in the field. We require that you follow the CDC recommendation of social distancing, staying six feet away. If needed our state licensed technicians will be able to follow up with a phone call to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

2. Understand that traditional procedures you may enjoy will temporarily be suspended in order to comply with the recommendations of local, state, and federal officials.

- Paper Invoices will no longer be left at the time of the services. We will rely on our After-Service Emails to supply you with the digital copy of the invoice.

-If we do not have an email on file or if you request a paper copy, we will mail invoices out on a weekly basis. But you can view all your account activity on your customer portal by visiting and select Customer Login on top of any page.

-We encourage you to pay your bills online through the customer portal or by calling in a credit card payment.

We appercaite your understanding and willingness to adapt to these changes during this time. As always, you can reach your Customer Care Team, Monday-Friday 8-4.
